Well to answer your question, it depends. What is your goal in this swap, just to bolt the engine in, or to make it just like a 5.0 ? What about the 4-cylinder suspension, is it going to stay ? What about the 4-cylinder brakes ? What about a transmission ? What about a rear end, the 4-cylinder's 7.5 isn't going to last very long with a 5.0. What about a transmission ?
